Sleep deprivation and anxiety over whether your baby is sleeping enough are some of the biggest challenges of parenting. Nikkie is also qualified in Holistic Baby Sleep training. She offers a gentle approach to sleep training, which takes into account parenting styles and approaches and starts from where your baby is now. There is no controlled crying or crying out in this approach.
I offer a range of practical sleep solutions, drawing on my experience as a sleep consultant, as a yoga and meditation teacher and as a mother of three children. I’m here to support you as parents and find a solution that works for you and helps you to fully enjoy this precious time.
